CNS Center is proud to sponsor and collaborate with the Alzheimer’s AssociationⓇ in a shared mission to advance research, support families, and raise awareness around Alzheimer’s disease and related neurological conditions. We actively leverage the latest research supported by the Alzheimer’s Association to guide our clinical approach, ensuring our patients benefit from the most current, evidence-based neurological care. As dedicated advocates for continued progress in Alzheimer’s treatment and education, we are honored to serve as board members for the annual Rita Hayworth Gala, a premier fundraising event benefiting Alzheimer’s research.
In partnership with Clarendale Senior Residences, we are also proud to co-host the Alzheimer’s Association Meetup, creating an inclusive space for education, support, and community engagement.
Through these collaborations, CNS remains deeply committed to improving outcomes for individuals and families impacted by neurodegenerative disorders.

Multiple Sclerosis Society
CNS is honored to partner with the National Multiple Sclerosis SocietyⓇ in support of individuals living with MS and their families. As active board members of the Society’s annual events, we are deeply engaged in advancing awareness, education, and research to improve quality of life for those affected by this complex neurological condition.
In collaboration with the MS Society, we proudly host Chicago’s only in-person MS monthly meet-up, providing a welcoming space for connection, shared experiences, and expert-led discussions. This ongoing partnership reflects our commitment to community-centered care and empowering individuals through both clinical excellence and compassionate support.
