PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT


We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant with specific training and clinical experience in Neurology. Additional experience in pain management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) is highly welcomed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating patients with concussions, headaches, low back pain, and other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including concussions, headaches, and low back pain.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, spanning general neurological care to athletic prep and recovery. • Perform diagnostic assessments and interpret results to support patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Illinois.
•2+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in an outpatient Neurological setting (experience in pain management or PM&R is a plus). • At least 4,000 hours of clinical experience under a collaborative agreement with a physician. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. • Preferred: Spanish fluency

Location:
• On-site at our River Forest, IL clinic. (No remote work available)
Schedule:
• Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time. • Approximately 20–40 hours per week based on candidate availability.

Physical Therapist


Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain, restore function, improve balance, and support neurological recovery. • Collaborate closely with our physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Play an active role in helping build and grow the physical therapy program. • Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications: • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois. • 3+ years of clinical experience required.
• Strong interest in neurological rehabilitation preferred. • Vestibular rehabilitation experience or willingness to learn preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred. • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a new service line.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
