Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. • Perform neurological exams and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and disease management. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Illinois. • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Experience in neurology preferre • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills. Location:

Physical Therapist

Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain, restore function, improve balance, and support neurological recovery.
• Collaborate closely with our physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Play an active role in helping build and grow the physical therapy program.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications:
• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois. • 3+ years of clinical experience required.
• Strong interest in neurological rehabilitation preferred. • Vestibular rehabilitation experience or willingness to learn preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a new service line.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
