In 2025, CNS Brain Center made a significant move, relocating our suburban practice to our new, modern home at 7319 W North Avenue in River Forest.
Now, 2026 brings more treatments and therapies—all for your brain health.
As of February 1, we are officially launching a major expansion of our clinical capabilities. Whether you visit our new River Forest headquarters or our established Chicago office at 2219 W Belmont, we are now accepting patients for a suite of advanced therapies designed to treat the whole patient—mind, body, and brain.
To optimize your recovery, our River Forest location has been upgraded with top-of-the-line physical therapy equipment specifically designed for neurological conditions.
Whether you are recovering from a stroke, managing Multiple Sclerosis, or dealing with balance issues, our therapists now have the best tools available to retrain your brain.

A major addition to our 2026 service line is Spravato, an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD).
We understand that brain health includes mental health. Many of our patients have struggled with depression that has not responded to traditional oral antidepressants. Spravato offers a different path.

We are also proud to introduce TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) as a key offering for 2026.
TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the region of the brain involved in mood control. It is effectively "waking up" the areas of the brain that are underactive in patients with depression.

Relax in Comfort We have expanded our infusion capabilities to bring hospital-grade care into our comfortable, private suites. Relax while you infuse in comfort, not at a hospital.
We specialize in complex infusions for Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, Migraines, and Neuromuscular disorders.
Our Featured Medications Include:

Also new for 2026 is mPNS (Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation). This non-invasive technology uses electromagnetic induction to "reset" misfiring nerves, offering a drug-free alternative for chronic pain management.
To ensure the highest standard of care, an appointment with our Neurologist and medical team, is required prior to starting these treatments. This ensures that your treatment plan—whether it is TMS, Briumvi, or Vestibular Rehab—is medically appropriate and safe.
We are currently booking appointments at both locations.
