Groundbreaking of Illinois’ First Standalone Comprehensive Brain Center - CNS Brain Center
CHICAGO, IL – September 29, 2025 – CNS has announced the groundbreaking of Illinois’ first and only standalone comprehensive brain center at 1885 W Fullerton, Chicago. The state-of-the-art facility, led by Dr. Lenny Cohen, a board-certified neurologist with nearly 20 years of experience, is set to open Fall 2026.
Spanning 14,000 square feet and featuring three floors of cutting-edge equipment, the CNS brain center will offer innovative programs focused on brain longevity, brain anti-aging, post stroke and brain injury recovery therapies and comprehensive neurological care. The center will uniquely combine western medicine with alternative therapies to diagnose and treat brain and memory disorders.
Inspired by his father's Alzheimer’s diagnosis and his family's experience with memory care challenges, Dr. Cohen has committed his career to exploring both traditional and alternative approaches to brain health. Drawing from the latest research and two decades of clinical practice, he aims to offer comprehensive care through innovative and patient-centered treatments.
The new brain center will feature modern and advanced equipment, including the largest medical-grade hyperbaric therapy chambers in the region, mental health therapies, Imaging, brain anti-aging programs and Physical Therapy for a wholistic approach to brain recovery, longevity and wellness. The center will also include a full premium infusion suite, providing a spa-like environment designed for patients with Neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Alzheimer's to relax and receive care.
